Bad school prawns

These school prawns were bad today so I had to punish them and eat them. Possibly the best dish I’ve had in the past week.

I work as a consultant in the software industry, and I typically spend about 100 days a year on the road mostly travelling in the US and Canada. I also spend about 30 days a year travelling for fun.
