Jaimie’s Italian kitchen

Well I had an excellent meal here.

To start (yes I was hungry). Ciabatta with olive oil.

Fried Polenta Cakes and chili calamari. They were both divine.

Dinner was squid ink pasta and cuttlefish ragout. Yummmm.

I work as a consultant in the software industry, and I typically spend about 100 days a year on the road mostly travelling in the US and Canada. I also spend about 30 days a year travelling for fun.
