Well I’m in Australia for the second time in three weeks. Wow, I can’t believe I’m here again. I’ve always wanted to come here, I’m not sure what the draw has been but for some reason, since I was a little boy this continent has been on my bucket list.

I’m very fortunate to have an opportunity to come here for work, and get the chance to explore the city for the next few weeks. Although there’s a lot of work to do during the week, I still have the chance to check out the city in the evenings and on the upcoming weekend. Sadly it’s winter down here, and in the span of 10 hours I’ve seen pouring rain, cloudy skies and warm temperatures. It seems like the city can’t decide what season it should be and how it should act, I vote for warm temps and sunny skies if you’re listening Sydney.

After a very long day of travel it’s been hard to motivate myself to go out and see the city, but if I sleep now I’ll be wrecked for work tomorrow. That meant going to Pie Face (the funniest name for a food stall) and getting a beef and peppercorn pie and walking to The Rocks to see the Opera House. What a beautiful sight, I think I could visit the harbor every day, it’s so vibrant and so much is going on that it’s fun to be a part of the action.
